If Your Order Arrives Damaged

We recommend checking your shipment as soon as it’s delivered. If you notice any signs of damage—including dents, tears, or issues with the outer packaging—be sure to note this at the time of delivery.

If you’re unable to open the package immediately but believe there may be an issue, clearly mark “suspected damage” on the delivery receipt.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, simply email clear photos of the damage to support@NorthboundOutdoor.com. Once received, we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund—typically within one business day—so you can get back to enjoying your outdoor plans without delay.
